Outpatient Services

Our Mental Health Therapists work with children and adolescents ages 2-18 with a variety of mental health disorders such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, and disruptive behavior. We provide support and treatment for children who’ve experienced abuse, neglect, and other traumatic experiences. Substance use treatment is also available when needed.

We always start by acknowledging that each youth and family has their own unique background, history, identity, and culture and believe that this understanding is the first step in forming a strong therapeutic relationship and a foundation for successful treatment. We work with each youth and their family or support system to create a treatment plan that addresses symptoms and concerns while developing strengths and building resilience.

Outpatient services can include individual and/or family therapy, psychiatric assessment, medication management, case management, and parent education.

Community-Based Outpatient Services

These services are provided to children and adolescents with acute mental health needs that would benefit from more frequent services or services provided within their home or community. In addition to individual and family therapy, this level of care can involve skills training, case management, medication management, and after-hours crisis response and support. Please note that these services typically require prior authorization from the child’s insurance and may not be available with all insurance coverage.

School-Based Outpatient Services

Morrison partners with local school districts to locate therapists within schools to reduce some of the barriers to accessing treatment. Our school-based therapists can treat all mental health disorders, not just ones that impact school functioning and offer both individual and family therapy. Parent/Caregiver consent and involvement is still required, but this option may be more convenient for many families.
